Privacy Policy
Unfixed Games (“we,” “our,” or “the Studio”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have when using our website and games.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the Unfixed Games website (unfixedgames.github.io) and any games we publish, including titles currently in development such as NANO and ROLLOUT.
2. Information We Collect
Website. We do not ask for or store personal information on the website. Hosting providers (e.g., GitHub Pages) may keep standard access logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
Games. Our games may collect, on your device only, limited gameplay data needed to run the game — for example: settings, save files, progression, and anonymous crash reports. We do not collect names, addresses, phone numbers, or payment details. If a game requires an optional account or online feature in the future, we will update this policy and request your consent where required.
Contact. If you email us, we receive the information you provide (your email address and the contents of your message).
3. How We Use Information
- To operate, maintain, and secure the website and games.
- To diagnose bugs and improve stability through anonymous crash reports.
- To respond to your messages and inquiries.
- To comply with legal obligations where applicable.
4. Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We may share data only when required by law, to protect our rights, or with service providers strictly necessary to operate the service (e.g., hosting). Any such provider is bound to protect the information.
5. Cookies & Local Storage
The website may use localStorage on your browser to remember preferences (such as language and volume). This data stays on your device and is never sent to us. We do not use advertising cookies.
6. Retention
Website access logs are retained by our hosting provider according to their policies. Game save data is stored on your device and can be removed by uninstalling the game. Email correspondence is kept only as long as necessary to address your inquiry.
7. Children’s Privacy
Our games and website are not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.
9. International Users
Unfixed Games operates from the Republic of Korea. If you access our services from outside Korea, your information may be processed in Korea or other jurisdictions with different data protection laws.
